We offer Boot Camp - Military Fitness Days. These are perfect for tasters, after care training, pre - training or just a day out with friends.
We will soon offer Boot Camp – Midweek and Weekend Booster Breaks, perfect for a fitness boost or top up and not only great for our returning clients but for our new clients who just want a quick boost rather than an intensive week.
Finally, our newest edition to the Boot Camp Range is the Boot Camp Cookery and Nutrition Academy. Again, we are the first company to launch something of this kind in Europe. Not only do we teach you the cooking skills you would like to learn but also educate you on the nutritional value of food throughout the weekend. Where can I train?
We stay Outdoors (we think it's better that way!) and we have Indoor Options in some Locations. We train all year round; hail, rain or shine, using Winter Locations from October to April and Summer Locations from April to October!Read More
